bottom edge mask of your choice.

All settings will remain the same
unless otherwise noted.
Let's Begin
1 File > Open (Ctrl + O)
Open
your misted tube of choice.

Window > Duplicate Twice (Shift + D)
Close
original

Minimize one copy of
your tube for later use.

Dropper Tool (E)
Foreground
Left
click for light to medium color
from
your tube.

Image > Resize
Settings:
Width = 1024, Height = 450
Resample using = Smart Size
Lock
aspect ratio = Unchecked
Resize all layers = Checked

Layers > New Raster Layer

Layers > Arrange > Send To Bottom

Flood Fill Tool (F)
Settings:
Match mode = None
Use
All Layers = Unchecked
Blend
mode = Normal, Opacity = 100
Fill
with your chosen color.

Highlight top layer.

name it and then click ok.
